About Unwritten

What is a healing journey, and what’s the goal? Where do we begin, and will we ever be “done”? Do we need therapy, or is reading self-help books enough? Am I doing this right?"

When I started my healing journey four years ago, these were some questions that came up and continued to as time went on. While the answers changed over time, it was just a reflection of how much I transformed as I continued to dive deeper and deeper into getting to know myself.

I believe healing can actually be fun and incredibly fulfilling, especially when we share the journey with others. And while each of us walks unique paths, the connective tissue we create in learning from each other and uplifting one another has the potential to accelerate our healing while also making new friends. It’s a win-win!

What to expect

Each week, I’ll share insights from my own healing journey and questions I’m exploring in the areas of my life I’m currently working on. We’ll also learn about wisdom and healing practices across psychology, spirituality, philosophy, literature, and creativity that can support your self-discovery and path to self-realization.

With all this in mind, my goal is to help you learn how to have better days today. Not in 5 years, 6 months, or 3 weeks from now. Connection, peace, and clarity are available in each passing moment. It’s just about learning how to access it.

A new issue of Unwritten is published every Monday at 12 pm EST.
